Jeanne Jordan is a Superhero of a realtor! I honestly can't imagine anyone being able to do a better job in every facet of purchasing our first home. Her knowledge of the market, municipalities, negotiations and willingness to always book the next showing no matter the weather or how many times we had already met that week, completely blew me away! Jeanne really worked so hard for us and always showed up with an optimistic smile. She carries a flashlight with her and would always be the first to volunteer exploring old attic spaces or suspect corners of basements and ceilings with questioning eyes. Her keen knowledge of homes, their historic practices of construction, building materials and appliances were extremely useful in figuring out an older home’s mystery. When we ran into the *multiple* obstacles that arose (especially in the current market’s bidding practices) Jeanne’s guidance and expert knowledge helped us navigate potentially bad decisions and made us feel like she truly was looking out for us and our future. You could tell that she wasn’t just trying to make the sale happen, she wanted to make sure the *right choice* happened for her clients. Jeanne knew how to pull out all the stops and use other tools in negotiating besides just the price point. She was always extremely responsive and would get back to us with resources and research for each potential home. She has a sense of immediacy, tact and charm that works so well in tandem and more than anything, you can just see that Jeanne enjoys her job to the fullest and is just as excited as the new homeowners on their journey for a new space.
